The NSO presents a fresh, enchanting take on Prokofiev's classic orchestral fairy tale, Peter and the Wolf, where music and dance come together in vivid storytelling. Under the baton of Yao-Yu Wu, Resident Conductor of the Kaohsiung Symphony Orchestra, the NSO joins forces with choreographer I-Fen Tung and Dance Forum Taipei to bring this beloved tale to life on stage.
Through Prokofiev's imaginative storytelling and a host of unforgettable melodies, audiences will be introduced to the courageous Peter, his kindly grandfather, the animal friends in the forest, and the valiant hunter — each character springing to life with dynamic motion. Together, they invite spectators of all ages to embark on an adventure filled to the brim with surprises.
