Su obtained the "Künstlerische Diplom" from Hochschule für Musik Franz Liszt Weimar and a Bachelor of Music from National Taiwan Normal University.

He has participated in masterclasses with conductor and cellist Michael Sanderling, Professor Markus Nykus (Berlin University of the Arts), and renowned cellists Steven Isserlis, Wen-Sinn Yang, Jian Wang, and Tsuyoshi Tsutsumi.

He completed an internship with the Braunschweig State Orchestra (Staatsorchester Braunschweig) in Germany.

He was selected to participate in the first-ever chamber music workshop and masterclass in Taiwan, a collaboration between the National Theater and Concert Hall and the Chamber Music Society of Lincoln Center, with a culminating performance.

During his tenure with the National Symphony Orchestra, he also performed alongside musicians from the Chamber Music Society of Lincoln Center.

He performed with the cello ensemble “CelliCelli” at various venues, including the Taishin Bank Foundation for Arts and Culture’s Lunchtime Concert Series and the National Concert Hall.
